A closer look

The project

We worked from the original site, inspecting the code and rebuilding the architecture from scratch: from the style variables and the spacing system to every component, designed for the marketing team to reuse.

In two months: over thirty static pages and a CMS with two main collections and over 350 entries. With Cursor and the Webflow MCP, and still checking almost every piece of content by hand in all four languages.

The challenge

One of those migrations where every detail counts: changing platform without anything moving out of place, in four languages and four writing systems.

The details

01The home page. The hero on desktop: the headline’s extra-light serif and the phone assembling with its ads.
02Four languages, four scripts. English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese, checked by hand in all four.
03Components for marketing. Goals that open and change their illustration, on top of the style variables.

Validation

AI sped up the migration, but almost every piece of content had to be checked in all four languages to make sure everything was exactly where it should be.

Conclusion

The site went from Craft CMS to Webflow in two months, in four languages: over thirty pages and 350 CMS entries, with nothing moving out of place.

Its architecture was rebuilt from the original code, with components designed for marketing to reuse. AI sped up the migration; the checking, in all four languages, was done by hand.

In their words

“Working with them on our website migration was an excellent experience from start to finish. They delivered a complex project, with multiple languages, a custom component architecture and an extensive content migration, with solid precision.”
